Steps
1. Open your tracking page from the link in your text message or email.
2. Under Rate your driver, choose from 1 to 5 stars.
3. If you want, Leave a comment (optional): anything the driver did well or could improve.
4. Click Submit review.
The page thanks you and shows your rating. A delivery can be rated once.
Good to know
Rating is offered only once the delivery is completed.
The carrier sees your rating and comment on the order and in the driver's record.
