You receive no message when the order is created, and no message after the delivery: your tracking page shows the proof and lets you rate your driver.

Ask the sender of your parcel to check your phone number, or open the tracking page with your order code (see [Tracking Your Delivery](../01-tracking-your-delivery/en.md)).
